A little fruity number from the highlands of Ethiopia. Produced at 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level, this naturally processed coffee comes from Bochesa washing station in Ethiopia’s Sidama region. Sourced from 823 local smallholder farmers, the ripe cherries are carefully sorted and dried on raised beds for 25–35 days, with regular turning to ensure even drying and preserving quality.
Expect delicate florals, juicy flat peach, sweet melon and a zing of orange. Bright, fresh and full of character.
