About Us
Carve Coffee Roasters is a Dorset based company set up by adventure lovers, Will and Sophie.
Inspired by the great outdoors and fuelled by world class coffee. We wanted to create a company where our love for adventure and our journey to share speciality coffee could be combined.
The Name
‘Carve Coffee Roasters’ came from our love for the outdoors; carving fresh tracks down a mountain of powder, carving a turn down a wave; the love of climbing on some of the world’s most impressive natural rock faces.
Mountains, oceans, rivers and forests have always been a backdrop to our lives and continue to motivate us to work hard.
Will -
Thrives on a new project. He loves the process of roasting coffee and perfecting recipes. Most inspiration strikes when he’s out climbing or surfing with friends.
Roxy

Springer Spaniel Roxy, has the best adventures. She loves digging in sand or snow, chasing tennis balls or sticks, swimming in lakes or the sea. She’s a real character; full of beans but loves a sofa cuddle too.
Sophie -
Grew up in Dorset. Can never be too far from the sea. She's a people person. Loves interacting with Carve Coffee clients usually over a great Flat White or an Espresso Martini.
Crew -
Outdoor activities and coffee bring people together. Communities are built, friendships are made and experiences are shared and remembered. Our coffee crew are always up for a coffee and an adventure.
