Colombia - Single Origin

We’re excited to offer this limited release from producers, Maria Rosa Oidor and Antonio Pillimue. A husband and wife duo who farm Finca Los Nogales high up in the hills (2000m above sea level to be exact), just a short journey from the small town of San Antonio.

Boasting a delicately nurtured area of only 1.5 hectares dedicated to coffee, we feel extremely lucky to showcase this Single Origin Colombia. We’ve roasted this coffee light to emphasise it’s notes of floral orange blossom and subtle camomile - the perfect pairing for a Summers morning brew.

We’ve been enjoying this coffee as a filter brew - the profile is subtle, balanced and crisp with a lightly sweet finish of blackcurrent and a slightly citrus orange blossom acidity. The body is nicely balanced and clean which makes for a delicious moreish brew.
